About Us
managing partner
Specialist in Corporate Finance, Business Strategy and Infrastructure & Project Finance, with experience in raising and negotiating financing (debt & equity), valuation and transaction of companies and infrastructure, as well as in Value Creation diagnostic processes.
Holding a degree in Management and a Master's degree in Business Sciences from the Faculty of Economics of Porto, he obtained the Certificate in Finance da London Business School.
He is a guest lecturer at INEGI and Porto Business School.
Head of Transactions
Specialist in Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Plans and company valuation, with experience in advising on mandates for the purchase and sale of national and international companies in sectors such as freight forwarding, transport and logistics, metal structures and parts, aluminum extrusion, textiles, automotive, healthcare, packaging, horticulture, chemicals, education, software development, metalworking, construction materials, engineering and robotics, civil construction, as well as retail and distribution.
Holds a degree in Management, specializing in Finance, from the Faculty of Economics of Porto.
Specialist in Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Business valuation and complex financial modeling, has been involved in business and infrastructure valuation projects (energy, transport and environment), as well as in fundraising and negotiation projects (debt & equity).
He holds a degree in Business Management and a Master's degree in Finance and Taxation from the Faculty of Economics of Porto. He is a certified FMVA® professional by the Corporate Finance Institute and holds the CFA® Level I certification.
financial analyst
Specialist in business planning and company valuation, he has been involved in tax consulting and investment incentives.
He holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Lusíada University, completed part of the curriculum for a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics of Porto, and has additional training in Data Science & Business Analytics.
