Challenge: given the challenges facing the sector, the shareholder structure decided to reassess the group's business portfolio and strategy for the coming years.

Action: the integrated Value & Strategy Advisory methodology was applied – evaluating the contribution of each business area and product/brand portfolio to value creation, benchmark with key competitors, and conducting 'strategic reflection' workshops with the Group's shareholders and the Board – resulting in a deeper and clearer understanding of the company's situation and challenges.

Outcome: the Group has redefined its product/market mix and clarified its growth vision, with the project currently in the implementation phase and a 5 percentage point improvement in profitability expected within 2 years.
